Where are your products created and by who?

Our designs originate from the creative hubs of London and Paris and are expertly handcrafted in China. Our Chinese supplier has maintained rigorous sanitary standards even before the pandemic, ensuring your safety.

With a 25-year history of compliance with all relevant laws, our Chinese manufacturing facility prioritizes eco-friendly processes. They often veto materials and dyes that harm the environment, refusing to contribute to pollution.

All employees are over 18 years old and are paid a fair living wage and have weekends and holidays off. As a female founded company it is extremely important to us how our employees are treated, and this is no different for our manufacturing partners who we endeavour to visit at least once a year.

Our packaging materials, typically made from recycled sources, are assembled near London. Note that as we expand, some packages may ship from our new US warehouse. Additionally, certain accessories, like those in the Empress box, are sourced from across Europe, though this varies by product.
