So, here's how it works:
Let's say you have ordered your first Queen Box subscription, and once it arrives, you realise that you would actually prefer a slightly more snug fit on the bra. Or, at some point a couple of months into your subscription, and after indulging in some much needed cake, you decide you would prefer a slightly more relaxed fit for your new Goddess frame.
With the Fit Guarantee, swapping your item for the right size is a breeze! While our sets are designed to be adjustable and flexible, we understand that every body is a unique work of art with changing needs.
As an Empress Mimi subscriber, you can use the Fit Guarantee to replace your item without returning the entire set – talk about royal treatment! 👑
Just shoot us an email, and we'll issue store credit for you to snag a new one in your preferred size!
Now, for the technical and legal nitty-gritty:
- If you would like to use the Fit Guarantee on your subscription, please send us a request via this link (you only need your email and order number!
- The Fit Guarantee can be used once per subscription box customer. But fret not! If you have already used your Fit Guarantee you can still have your item exchanged through the usual exchange policy.
- Once approved by our team, you'll get a custom discount code to use on any website item (except subscription boxes) to grab your right-sized item!
- Queen Box subscriber: $100
- Empress Box subscriber: $150
- If the item you would like to receive as a replacement is out of stock in your size, you can either redeem the discount code for an alternative style or sign up to be notified when your item is back in stock on the website. If the replacement item costs less than the store credit you received, you can still always add additional goodies you've been eyeing to your cart 😉
- Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacement will no longer be eligible for refunds unless you return both sets to us unworn with all labels attached within 30 days of the receipt of the replacement set at your own expense.
- Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
