We strive for complete satisfaction, but if a return is necessary, we've got you covered. Start by completing a return request at our returns page. You’ll just need your order number and email address. Upon approval, you'll receive an RMA number to include with your return.

Shipping from outside the UK? Clearly mark your parcel as 'returned goods' to avoid customs charges. We aren’t liable for import duties and cannot accept packages with outstanding duties.
