We sincerely apologize for the oversight. Every now and then, despite our best efforts, demand might outpace our Inventory. If this is the case, one of our Customer Service pixies will reach out to you to offer some options:
- Receive alternative size: If the exact item you've chosen is out of stock, we can replace it with another size or style that catches your fancy.
- Store Credit with a Bonus: If you'd rather wait or choose something else, we offer a store credit for the full amount of the original purchase. Plus, as a small token of our regret for the mix-up, we’ll add an additional 20% of the original purchase value to that credit. This credit never expires and can be used on any in-store item (with the exception of subscription boxes).
- Refund the out of stock item: If neither of the above options works for you, we can process a refund for the item’s purchase amount. The funds will return to your original payment method, and this might take anywhere from 3-7 working days, depending on your bank's policies.
A few additional notes:
- If you want a heads up when an item is back in stock, navigate to its product page, select your size, and click ‘Email when available’.
- We're committed to protecting Mother Earth, that's why we only release 12 designs sold each year up to the last piece. Only those that are loved get reproduced, with improvements and tweaks added each time based on your feedback. So when you don’t see the product on the website anymore, it only means that we are either reviewing or have archived it.
