Why have I been billed?

When you sign up for the Empress Mimi subscription, it's designed to renew monthly (unless you have opted for the 2 or 3 month renewal intervals), giving you a seamless experience. 

Here's how it works:

• Monthly (or 2-3 monthly) Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month. If you ever need a break, make sure to cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal to avoid any charges.
• Missed the Cancellation Window? If life gets ahead of you and you forget to cancel within the 48-hour window before renewal, you'll be charged for that month's send out. However, if you change your mind about that box, you can send it back to us for a full refund.
• Long-Term Commitments: Have you opted for our 3, 6, or 12-month subscriptions? Brilliant choice! If you decide to cancel during your plan, here's the catch: your subscription won't renew, but you'll still receive all the boxes you've already paid for. For instance, if you choose our 6-month spree and have a change of heart in month 5, expect one more delightful box from us. After that, the renewals will cease.
