That's why we wanted to go that extra mile for our most loyal Empresses with our Size Guarantee: If your order from the Empress Mimi Lingerie Subscription Box doesn't fit, you can get your item in the correct size for free without returning the original order (we suggest gifting it to charity or a BFF)!
So no worries if the bra or the panty in your first box didn’t fit! Send us an email so you can get a store credit to purchase a new one on the website. In the correct and new size that you prefer!
HOW IT WORKS
- If you're an active subscriber and receive an item that does not fit, please visit the returns management page here
- Select the "Size Guarantee" option for your return
- Once your application is approved you will receive store credit which you can redeem against any item on (excluding subscription boxes):
- $100 store credit for Queen Box subscribers
- $150 store credit for Empress Box subscribers
- Size Guarantees are limited to 1x per customer. Your application will be denied if you have previously used the Size Guarantee for a subscription box.
* Requests must be made within 30 days of receipt.
*All free Fit Guarantee replacements are subject to inventory. If the item is out of stock in your size, you can register your email on the website to be notified when it will be back in stock or redeem your points for an alternative product.
*Please note that any box that has received a free fit guarantee replacement will no longer be eligible for refunds or returns.
