If you're on a month-to-month subscription, please follow these steps to update your delivery address for your next renewal:
- Please login to your account (https://www.empressmimi.com/account)
- Navigate to manage subscriptions
- Update your delivery address
If you're on a multi-month subscription:
Fill out this form to change the shipping address associated with your account. We will update the address on your profile within 48 hours and email you to confirm once this is done.
As long as we have not shipped your most recent renewal yet, we will be able to update the address on your profile.
If you have accidentally filled out the incorrect address please let us know ASAP. If your package has already been shipped, we will not be able to retract this shipment. In this case, we ask you to either pick up your package from your old address or we will wait until the package is returned to sender before sending out to you again for a shipping fee. Alternatively, we will be able to include your returned shipment to the correct address with your next renewal (provided the box is returned to us in time).
