If your order has not been fulfilled yet: Please note we are currently working with a reduced team due to Covid regulations. If your package has not been shipped 5 working days after purchase, please:
(1) Check your junk inbox incase the fulfilment email was filed there by accident
(2) Please email us on email@example.com and one of our pixies will look into and check with our warehouse this ASAP!
If your order has been fulfilled, free non tracked option: As per our shipments page, shipments globally are experiencing delays at the moment due to continued logistical issues caused by Covid-19. If you opted for free, non-tracked delivery, we can unfortunately not assist you with tracking down your order. Please rest assured that if it has been fulfilled it is dutifully on its way to you in the safest way possible for all supporting staff! Please take note of the number of days for delivery to happen indicated on the shipments page.
