Our Empress Mimi pixies work hard to get your monthly delivery out the door as fast as possible! Once your package has been picked and lovingly packaged, you will receive an email to let you know that your box of goodies is on its way. If you have opted to include tracking (and we recommend you do!) this email will include a tracking number so you can not so patiently watch its progress across the world to your doorstep.
We aim to get our boxes packed and ready to go within 3-5 working days. If there's an unexpected surge of high demand this may take a little longer. If you do not receive a notification that your item has been shipped, please feel free to drop us a message and give our warehouse a nudge on info (at) empressmimi.com
Your monthly renewal will then occur on the same date you signed up for the subscription i.e if you signed up on the 11th of Feb all your future shipments will renew on the 11th of the month. (Please note: If you subscribed before 10th January 2021, your renewal date should still be every 7th of the month).

Kindly note that we may have to skip a month or refund the payment for the months we are not able to send out any new designs. This only happens to our loyal subscribers who have been with us for such a very long time. 🙂
